Tow Bars

001 Mobile supply and install a range of towing products that are designed for today's modern lifestyles - from straightforward fixed or detachable towbars to cycle carriers that provide a practical, safe and easy-fit solution to the problem of transporting bikes on vehicles.  Single or twin electrics can be installed with either a 7 pin or a Euro 13 pin socket.

Detatchable Ball

  • Exclusive to Witter and only recently introduced, this version offers all the versatility of a fixed flange bar whilst leaving very little of the towbar visible when detached. This type of towbar is essential for vehicles with reverse parking sensors.

    • Tow and carry cycles at the same time

    • The towball is removed when not in use preserving 'shins'

    • AL-KO towballs can be fitted

    • Won't trigger reversing sensors when not towing

    • A choice of towing couplings and accessories can be fitted

Fixed Tow Ball

  • Traditionally used for all forms of towing and generally the most cost effective option. A 50mm towball is bolted to a two or four hole plate (vehicle dependent) that also allows the fitting of a 25mm spacer so that accessories such as a towbar mounted cycle carrier can be used. This type of towbar is ideal for vehicles without reverse parking sensors.

    • Tow and carry cycles at the same time (subject to nose load limits)

    • Bumper shields can be fitted

    • AL-KO towballs can be fitted

    • The towing height can be adjusted on commercial and 4x4 four-hole plate towbars

    • A choice of towing couplings and accessories can be fitted

Twin Electrics

  • Twin electrics can be used to power a caravan fridge and an on-board leisure battery.

    Socket options:

    • Twin 7 pin sockets

    • One 13 pin (Euro) socket that is wired to provide electrics to two items

Single Electrics

  • Single electrics are suitable for bike racks or trailers.

    Socket options:

    • Single 7 pin socket

    • Single 13 pin (Euro) socket
